This week’s post is about a pair of boots and a cascading series of disasters, but it’s also about expectations – those beliefs you have about the future which can often see you wrong. You’re not ready for the unexpected because you were so assured of your plans. Or you have such an ultra-defined vision of how things are meant to pan out, that (when they don’t) you’re blind to what’s happening in front of you – and you miss out on all the fun.
